Your VPS will be included in our custom–built server monitoring system and in the event that there is a trace of a problem, our skilled engineers will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is obligatory – you never know when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services offer, you can enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. Last but not least the backups are always saved on a server with many RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which enables you to ask any of our knowledgeable system administrators to install and set up any software program and to take care of any problem that you’re having with the VPS.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
